Qualifications? Experience managing in fast-paced, high volume restaurants and leading a large team. Full time flexibility and availability is required. Ability to work well under pressure, while quickly finding solutions to any issues that arise and having excellent project execution. Confident financial acumen - having the ability to read and interpret financial statements. Ability to lead, train and develop a team.
