What You'll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Oversee 3 or more retail locations, coaching Store Managers and their teams to success.
• Build Great Teams: Recruit, hire, train, and develop talented employees.
• Drive Results: Motivate your teams to achieve sales goals and key performance targets.
• Support Store Operations: Ensure stores are staffed, organized, and meeting company standards.
• Create Great Experiences: Help resolve customer concerns and promote outstanding service.
• Lead by Example: Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and create a culture of teamwork and accountability.

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail sales and leadership experience (1+ years preferred).
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate teams.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between locations.
