Night Auditor $15.42/hr

The Night Auditor is responsible for the overall operations and appearance of the front desk of Angad Arts Hotel. He/She is responsible for balancing the revenue and expense transactions, which occurred during the day at the hotel and food and beverage areas. With an attention to detail and strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, he/she in this position will strive daily to deliver SINGULAR service which is both remarkable and personalized.


• Assists in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for individual reservations, VIP and group arrivals.
• Creates and confirms reservations while adhering to AAH standards of delivering singular service.
• Prepares and compiles daily summary reports reflecting all financial transactions taken place throughout the morning and evening hours.
• Monitors and ensures that all cashiering procedures comply with Accounting policies and standards.
• Anticipates and manages sold-out situations. Handles overbooked or “walked” guests should such an occasion occur.
• Comprehends and efficiently operates all relevant aspects of the Front Desk.
• Complete outlet distribution while compiling financial information to compile a daily financial report.
• Audit and balance reports from the day shifts.
• Schedules and follows through on guest wake-up calls.
• Practices and maintains a deep understanding of hotel amenities, offerings, food and beverage options and special events.
• Reviews all rates, packages, and special promotions while staying familiar with in house groups.
• Understands hotel safety and security guidelines.
• Follows all company safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Acts as manager on duty in the absence of Hotel, Front Office or Night management.
