• Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Respond promptly to all event enquiries (phone, email, in person)
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities (corporate, private, seasonal events)
  • Upsell food, beverage packages, and add-ons to maximise revenue
  • Manage and maintain a strong events pipeline and booking calendar

  Event Planning & Coordination

  • Plan and organise all event details including layout, timings, and requirements
  • Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to create suitable menus and packages
  • Ensure all function sheets and event briefs are accurate and communicated clearly
  • Conduct site visits and client consultations to understand needs
  • Coordinate entertainment, décor, and external suppliers where required

  • Oversee smooth execution of events from set-up to completion
  • Act as the main host/contact for clients during events
  • Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction
