Annabel’s – 46 Berkeley Square

£25,000 per annum

£2,500 signing on bonus after 3 months' 

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join the team of our stunning private members’ club Annabel’s, part of The Birley Clubs.

Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and includes restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon, spread across four spacious floors. The nightclub is located in the basement of the townhouse and pays homage to the decadent essence and abundant energy of the original Annabel’s. Outside on the terrace, an enchanting restaurant garden offers year-round dining.  The dining options are extensive and focus on the finest quality ingredients, seasonality and creativity.

As Commis Chef you will be expected to ensure the smooth running of your section by keeping it clean and tidy and to efficiently carry out the orders and specifications set by the Chef de Partie. You will produce high quality dishes from scratch whilst maintaining the high standards and expectations of the restaurant.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:

·         Have previous experience as a Commis Chef in a high quality and busy destination restaurant

·         Have a passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients

·         Are excellent and motivated team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

·         Are motivated and looking to develop their careers
