Sous Chef - Annabel’s
6 shifts per week | 4 singles 1 double | 2 days off
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and committed Sous Chef to join the Nightclub team of our stunning private members’ club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square, part of The Birley Clubs.
Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail, and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.
As Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef and management team in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and play a key role in supervising and developing the brigade. You will ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:
Are currently a Sous Chef or experienced Junior Sous looking for their next promotion
Have experience working in a high quality restaurant or private members’ club
Are passionate about delivering high quality dishes using the finest ingredients
Are able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a team
Are clear communicators with the ability to develop a team, enhancing the kill level of the brigade
