An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join our stunning private members’ club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square.

Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and includes restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon, spread across four spacious floors. The nightclub is located in the basement of the townhouse and pays homage to the decadent essence and abundant energy of the original Annabel’s. Outside on the terrace, an enchanting restaurant garden offers year-round dining. The dining options are extensive and focus on the finest quality ingredients, seasonality and creativity.

As Pastry Junior Sous Chef you will assist the Head Pastry Chef and Sous Chef in the day to day operations of the pastry section. You will have a passion for creating high quality desserts with the ability to show creativity and a desire to learn and develop your pastry skills. As Pastry Junior Sous Chef you will be expected to ensure consistent presentation and the highest standards are achieved at all times.

We are looking for candidates who:
• Have experience as a Pastry Junior Sous Chef, or a Pastry Chef de Partie
• Have experience working in a pastry section within a high quality, busy destination restaurant
• Have ideally gained a qualification in pastry
• Have a passion for pastry with a desire to learn and develop skills
• An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Be able to effectively develop and motivate more junior members of the brigade
• Be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of a team
