Doorman

We are looking for an experienced Doorman to join the team of our fantastic private member’s Club, Annabel’s, part of The Birley Clubs.

Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and includes restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon, spread across four spacious floors. The nightclub is located in the basement of the townhouse and pays homage to the decadent essence and abundant energy of the original Annabel’s. Outside on the terrace, an enchanting restaurant garden offers year-round dining. The dining options are extensive and focus on the finest quality ingredients, seasonality and creativity.

As Doorman you will be expected to welcome our customers on arrival and assist them as appropriate guiding them to the reception area. In addition the Doorman will help customers when leaving the restaurant to get taxis and/ or provide accurate directions. Effective communication with the Reception Team is essential to ensure awareness of business levels each day and any particular special requirements or assistance required for our customers.

The hours will be 07:30-16:30 Mon - Fri with the occasional requirement to work weekends for events.

We are looking for a Doorman who:
• Has previous experience as a Doorman, preferably for a high quality restaurant, club or hotel
• Has previous experience working with high profile guests
• Acts as an ambassador for the club; have a polite, courteous and engaging approach
• Has a charismatic personality that can build memorable relationships with all of our guests
• Has a valid UK driving licence and a valid SIA licence
• Has a good command of the English language and are very well presented
• Ideally possesses sound knowledge of Mayfair and the surrounding area.
