FlipBird and Apizza Regionale are exciting new restaurants in the food hall at Gotham Market, Brooklyn. We are now hiring PIZZA & LINE COOKS
FlipBird Premium Chicken: All natural Amish chicken served rotisserie or fried. We feature full plates, sandwiches and salads. Your choice of seasonal side dishes.
Apizza Regionale: Neapolitan meets NYC Pizza. We make our own fresh mozzarella and sausage daily. We source our ingredients from the tristate area.
We are a fast causal and high energy restaurant with a full bar. We offer dine in, takeout and delivery.
The ideal EXPERIENCED COOKS. must have :
* Solid knife skills
* Be quick on your feet.
* Hands on, with the ability to work and lead multiple stations
* Great people skills
* At least 2 years experience with a steady work history.
