Pick from shifts in a broad range of environments, including:

• Pubs, restaurants and hotels
• Stadiums, Racecourses and Motor Circuits
• Festivals and Events
• Conferencing and events/banquetting
• Private events and weddings
• Production Kitchens
• Schools, colleges, hospitals and care homes

The Person
Roles available from Chef de Partie through to Head Chef level - to join our team you will need the following:

• Proof of Right to work in the UK.
• Minimum of 2 years in a professional kitchen.
• Level 2 or above Food Safety / Health and Safety Certificates.
• Own Chef Whites, Kitchen Knives and Safety Shoes.
• Written References or Reference contact details covering the past 2 years.
• Own transport would be beneficial.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undertake one would be welcomed.
