Appetite4Work are looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant Manager to join the team at a lovely village pub in Hampshire on a temp-to-perm basis.

The place:
This picturesque village pub is extremely busy having welcomed back guests to its large outdoor dining area/beer gardens with views over the River Test. Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday – Sunday and offering daily changing menus ensure guests enjoy only the freshest seasonal produce, much of which is sourced from the local area.  

The Assistant Manager will provide operational support to the General Manager and look after and lead a great team of Waiting and Bar Staff!

The Person

  • Minimum of 6 months Supervisory/ Assistant Management position.  
  • Ability to lead, train and inspire the team.
  • Exemplary service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available for immediate start.
  • Due to location, your own transport is required!
