Our Junior Sous Chef Role:
We’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll be passionate about good food and have the opportunity to work across two of our thriving kitchens, learning from our exceptional Head Chef.
There’s the Living Space – for easy lakeside eating, meeting and lounging – and our Rampsbeck Restaurant, inspired by the region’s produce – with dishes that showcase heritage ingredients and flavours rooted in place, expressed with contemporary flair.
You’ll bring culinary passion, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail to the team, whilst supporting the creation of innovative menus and kitchen operations. You’ll ensure top-notch food quality with your culinary finesse and unwavering team commitment, delivering extraordinary dining experiences to our guests.
