What your days could look like:

Job skills & requirements:

• 2 years’ experience working in a similar position
• Experience of coffee art is essential
• Confidence in using and applying technology in your day to day role
• A commitment to consistently high levels of service and a passion for the industry
• A willingness to work as a team player, a keen eye for detail and an eagerness to share information and skills that will improve service
• An ability to communicate well and work seamlessly with colleagues from all departments
• Confident, bright, outgoing personality
• Enthusiasm and positive attitude
• Good organisational skills
• Keenness to meet and exceed guest service expectations
• A desire to provide an excellent guest experience
• Records of formal inhouse/external training in either coffee, food, wine and management
