Our Restaurant Supervisor Role:

We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the Rampsbeck Restaurant and the Living Space. 

You’ll be friendly, hardworking and customer-focused, and have excellent time-keeping skills that enable you to prioritize under pressure, ensuring that our guests continue to enjoy our experience first-class, flawless service.

As our Restaurant Supervisor you’ll be:

• Responsible for the smooth running of the Rampsbeck Restaurant, Living Space and Glasshouse
• Deputising for the Restaurant Manager, when required
• Working with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to optimize all aspects of our food service
• Assisting in the ongoing training, development and performance management of a large team
• Approaching guest complaints, requests and enquiries, in a relaxed yet professional manner
• Helping to create a safe environment for both staff and guests, whilst adhering to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures

The skills you’ll be sharing with us:

• A friendly and outgoing personality
• Previous supervisory experience
• To effectively work in and manage a team
• High attention to detail
• A passion for proving the best customer service possible
• The ability to remain calm under pressure
