This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to bring fresh creative ideas to a growing brand, and be an integral part of evolving Archie’s online presence to the next level. As our Social Media and PR Co-ordinator your role will include:
Manage daily posts on all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & some YouTube/TikTok)
Engage in social media presence and analyse regularly, going to on develop strategies to improve and implement new tactics
Manage social media communications
Build relationships with external social media and marketing agencies who can future develop
the brands social media channels
Work with the marketing team to develop and align campaigns with the social media strategy
Working with the marketing team to produce quarterly social media strategies including lower
level marketing campaigns relating to relevant events such as Valentines Day, Christmas, fun
national days and social media trends such as content types, general trends and one-off hypes
Be the positive, friendly and professional voice of the brand across all social media channels
Build relationships with external brands and generate collaborative leads for prizes,
competitions, give away’s and other opportunities across social media channels to widen the
brands audience base
Propose new ideas and concepts for social media
Assist with monthly social media content creation, including taking and editing photography.
Developing innovative ideas, engaging content and campaigns to push the brand ahead of
competition
Work alongside the Social Media Manager to consistently drive the growth of our key channels:
Instagram, Instagram Stories YouTube, Tik Tok, and Facebook
Working closely with the creative director to conceptualise, plan and execute creative, content
& campaigns that are high quality, on-brand and consistently delivered to a high standard
across all channels.
Willing to take on a hands-on approach to creating and delivering an array of content, from
static, video and graphic assets so experience using Premiere Pro and Photoshop is essential
for this role.
Act as a brand guardian for the creative aesthetic of all social channels
Be current across emerging trends and developments, specifically food based
Conduct regular competitor research to ensure the brands social media strategy remains ahead
of the competitive set
Regular analysis of SEO, PPC and email campaigns
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
Previous experience managing social media is essential
Highly proficient in spoken and written English, especially business and content writing
An excellent understanding of social media and the specific marketing tactics required to
optimise each platform
Organised and efficient in time management as well as meeting deadlines
Creative
Proficient in social media analytics with tools like Google Analytics
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom)
Networking and communication skills
Good use of initiative and working independently
Able to work well in a team
Good attention to detail
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work under pressure
• Have an interest in commerce, popular culture and new advertising trends/techniques
