  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside the social media, sales, design, and third-party agency teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Staff & Guest Journey: Continuously improve the customer and staff journey by identifying opportunities to enhance in-store experiences, marketing touchpoints, and engagement strategies, ensuring a seamless and impactful brand presence.
  • Collateral Management: Oversee all site marketing collateral from inception to delivery, ensuring stores are well-equipped with updated materials.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with shopping centre management, landlords, suppliers, franchise management, and external stakeholders to maximize marketing opportunities.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviours, with a strong understanding of both local and national hospitality landscapes.
  • Digital & CRM Support: Assist in updating websites, social media, the app, email marketing, and CRM systems, ensuring all digital touchpoints reflect the latest campaigns.
