We are on the lookout for  superstars to join our iconic business.. we are currently boasting sites across Manchester as well as Birmingham, Liverpool and Leeds with more on the way.

 You don’t necessarily need previous experience working in a kitchen, the key ingredients for success at Archie’s is a great attitude and willingness to learn.. we’ll teach you the rest!

·       Pay: 18-22 £9.75/hour, 23+ £10.00/hour

·       Shifts Available: up to 30 hours per week

·       Location: Manchester

·       This permanent role will require availability to work shift patterns that include late evenings and weekends.

 At the heart of every Archie’s is a legendary kitchen team. At Archie’s it is all about making guests feel at home whilst enjoying our handmade Burgers, famous Shakes, ridiculously indulgent Waffles. 

We want every single customer to enjoy the unique experience that only Archie’s can offer. We also want you to feel every bit as special as our customers. As a reward for hard work and enthusiasm our Managers and L&D team will strive to support you by developing your skills and giving you a chance to grow in a team that’s always there for each other


What do we expect from you?

  • Work alongside other kitchen crew members to prepare food orders to Archie’s spec and timings.
  • Undertake food prep as instructed by the Kitchen Manager, Kitchen Assistant Manager or Kitchen Supervisor.
  • To be organised and know our menu once training has been completed.
  • Record keeping in line with Due Diligence rules.
  • Adhere to the menu and portion sizes.
  • Follow cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen area. 
  • Health & Food Safety procedures followed.
  • To uphold cleanliness at all times with a clean as you go approach to your work.

 

What does it take to join our team?

 

·       A love for food - sounds simple doesn’t it?

·       The ability to pick up new skills quickly and become one of the team.

·       A can-do attitude, a sharp eye for detail and pride in your work.

·       You’ll need to have a fundamental understanding of cooking, be able to follow instructions and have a genuine desire to deliver a great service.

·       Most of all, an enthusiasm for getting the job done.

  • Uniform and training will be provided which will need to be followed.

We would also be interested in speaking with you with a view to becoming a Line Chef if you have the following experience: kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Team Member, Kitchen hand, Chef De Partie, Kitchen Catering staff, Kitchen crew, Kitchen porter, Front of House Team Member looking to move into a Back of House role.
