our growing business… we are currently boasting sites across
Manchester as well as Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds, and London with more on the
way.
The successful Area Support Chef will report into the Operations Manager and is expected to work alongside our Development Chef lead all aspects of the kitchens across all sites. You will be influential in developing and delivering a high-quality menu, coach and developing kitchen teams by motivating our staff to work to our high standards regardless of trading levels.

· Pay: £35,000 per annum plus bonus
· 45 hours per week
· Location: Based out of our Manchester head office, with travel to Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham, London sites
· 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
· This permanent salaried role will require availability to work shift patterns that include late evenings and weekends, 5 out of 7 days Monday-Sunday

Area Support Chef responsibilities include:
· Working alongside the Development Chef to create food policies and procedures to implement across all sites
· Manage kitchen standards and cleanliness within the business
· Coach and develop Kitchen Managers to exceed in their roles, supporting with ongoing team training
· Liaise with Kitchen Managers on weekly stock takes to create prep and par levels to forecast
· Monitor control of food supplies and kitchen equipment in all stores
· Ensure food products are stored in compliance with safety practices (e.g., FIFO)
· Oversee training of kitchen staff on prep work and food wrapping techniques in line with company standards and product spec’s
· To champion Health & Safety
Requirements and skills:
· A minimum of 3 years previous experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef specifically in a branded or QSR environment
· Hands-on experience with menu development and stock management
· Excellent organisational & communication skills
· Conflict management abilities
· Ability to manage a team across multiple locations in a fast-paced work environment, leading by example
· A can-do attitude, a sharp eye for detail and pride in your work.
· Most of all, enthusiasm, a passion for team development and progression
All Managers are required to undergo a DBS which will be processed at the offer stage.
