The Opportunity

As Head of Spa, you will lead the strategic, commercial and operational direction of our beautifully redeveloped Spa and Leisure facilities, including Therapy, Gym, Retail and Membership. You will be empowered to drive performance, elevate guest experience and build a high-performing, passionate team within a luxury environment designed to exceed expectations.

This is a hands-on leadership role where your vision, energy and commercial insight will directly influence the success and reputation of the Spa. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to shape the guest journey, grow revenue, and deliver an exceptional wellness experience that sets us apart in the market.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Leading and inspiring the Spa and Leisure teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Driving commercial performance, revenue growth and profitability across all Spa operations
• Creating a culture of excellence, engagement and continuous improvement
• Developing innovative guest experiences, treatments and retail performance
• Managing budgets, forecasting, payroll and financial performance
• Enhancing membership growth, retention and guest loyalty
• Working collaboratively with senior leadership to deliver strategic business objectives
• Ensuring the highest standards of presentation, service, safety and operational excellence

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate and experienced Spa leader who thrives in a luxury, guest-focused environment and is excited by the opportunity to lead a newly transformed Spa.

You will bring:

• Have proven leadership experience within Spa, Wellness or Luxury Hospitality
• Have an excellent commercial and financial acumen
• Have a passion for guest experience and service excellence
• Have the ability to inspire, develop and lead high-performing teams
• Be a strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, operational approach
• Have energy, creativity and a drive to deliver outstanding results

• Full-Time position
• 45 hours per week
• Working 5 out of 7 days per week
• Start date: 01 June 2026
