We are a family-run UK business operating food and beverage outlets in airports, committed to delivering exceptional experiences to all our customers. We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic team player, passionate about food and beverages and committed to providing exceptional customer service. This is an hourly paid role, with shifts available between 3 a.m. and 11:30 p.m., with no requirement for split or double shifts.
The Role
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist in all areas of food preparation and service across the kitchen, supporting the delivery of high-quality dishes. You’ll work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure excellent service to all customers and play a key role in maintaining and monitoring high standards of cooking and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and food service under the guidance of the Head Chef.
Participate in test cooking and menu development when required.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Maintain and monitor high standards of cooking and food presentation.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with a passion for cooking and the ability to thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment.
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
Previous kitchen, food preparation, and service experience, with independent decision-making skills (airport experience helpful but not essential).
The ability to identify and address health, safety, and hygiene concerns, escalating when necessary.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
The ability to remain highly organised and work effectively under pressure.
A proven ability to balance conflicting priorities while maintaining high service levels.

Salary & Benefits
A 10% optional service charge distributed via Tronc (expected to be >£400 per month for full-time staff).
