Job Description
As an Director, People Operations, Germany, Austria & Switzerland (m/f/d) (with potential expansion into neighboring countries) you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company culture, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and ensuring that the organization’s workforce is equipped with the skills and resources necessary to meet its goals and objectives. Your responsibilities span various aspects of HR management, from policy implementation to team leadership to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization through project managing the implementation of People & Culture policies, procedures, and programs, as well as overseeing all day-to-day aspects of People Operations within your remit. The Director, People Operations, plays a vital role in ensuring our properties deliver an experience beyond expectation, creating memorable moments for our guests.
