We are currently seeking a Director of Sales (m/w/d) - based in Hamburg.
Are you a strategic thinker, a results-driven leader, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? As our Director of Sales, you will drive performance, inspire a high-energy team, and take our sales efforts to the next level across a portfolio of 16 hotels.
Your Tasks- Lead and manage all sales initiatives for a portfolio of 3 brands and 16 hotels in Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and Austria.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate a small but dynamic team of 3 Regional Sales Managers / Account Managers to achieve outstanding results.
- Maximize revenue growth by implementing strategic sales activities aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize sales potential.
Your Profile- Proven experience in a leadership role within hotel sales, with a strong track record of driving performance.
- Commercially astute, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambitious and results-oriented, with a passion for increasing productivity and sales volume.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator, with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
- A clear thinker with attention to detail, able to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Passionate about creating a positive impact and enhancing the hotel's reputation within the community
