Assistant to the Director of Operations - £35000 plus up to 20% bonus, PMI and company benefits

Our Opportunity


This newly created role as Assistant to our Director of Operations couldn't be more varied and certainly isn't a typical PA job! Ideally coming from a hotel background, you understand the structures, the jargon and the intricacies of our industry and will be a strong all-rounder. Technically whizzy, comfortable with MS Office, particularly Excel, highly organised and flexible and happy to travel during the week between London, Windsor, Bath and Cheltenham (although typically, not all of them in one week!). You will be a great communicator, confident and approachable in equal measure to directors and team members alike. A general awareness of HR and finance, whilst not essential, would be a distinct advantage.
