A bit about what you will do...  

Luggage porters in our team provide a warm welcome to our guests, assisting with their luggage and fulfilling their requests promptly and efficiently. They are instrumental in creating a memorable stay for each of our guests. 

  • Greet our guest with a warm welcome and an infectious smile 

  • Assists our guests in and out vehicles by opening doors graciously and courteously. 

  • Ensuring all luggage needs are dealt with promptly and professionally. 

  • Knowledgeable about the hotel facilities, activities, promotions, and happenings in the local area to provide accurate information. 

  • Deliver or collect any guest’s packages, messages, and letters from their rooms. 

  • Manage luggage storage room ensuring luggage is labeled and stored neatly.
