Commis Chef’s in our team embrace every opportunity to contribute to creating exceptional food for our guests and providing a personal experience that our guests will want to share.
Assisting the Chef de Partie with preparation of mis-en-place and cooking food to the required high standards.
Preparing dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time, in line with brand standards.
Ensuring equipment and workspaces are kept clean and tidy and in line with food hygiene requirements.
