A bit about what you will do... 

F&B Coordinators in our team co-ordinate and oversee all F&B reservations ensuring every guest receives personalised service that will be remembered. 

• Manage all F&B reservations, handling bookings and queries whilst maximizing sales. 
• Oversee the flow of each dining service by arranging and organising the layout and occupancy. 
• Occasionally host in one of our F&B outlets as required.
• Liaise with the team regarding menus and other related matters.

• Providing high-quality service and attention to detail comes naturally to you. 
• Excellent communication and organisational skills. 
• Ability to take initiative. 
• A smart and professional appearance. 
• You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues. 
• Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner. 
• Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage. 
• Opera PMS experience is a plus.
