A bit about what you will do...

  • Manage and support the finance team, overseeing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and income audit functions, including recruitment and training.
  • Maintain financial records in line with policies, perform internal audits, and ensure compliance with internal audit standards and company procedures.
  • Oversee cash flow, review and authorize purchase orders and expenses, and ensure cost control across departments.
  • Prepare quarterly VAT returns and coordinate with procurement to ensure accurate pricing and updates in Adaco.
  • Collaborate with the FC, GM, and department heads on forecasts, budgets, and year-end audit preparations aligned with the hotel’s strategic goals

More about you...

  • A proven track record in hotel accounting or audit experience with at least 5 years in a Financial Controller position, preferably in a five-star hotel environment.
  • Possess knowledge of accounting management duties such as negotiating hotel space and tenant leases; processing payroll; performing asset management duties; providing business projections, displacement analysis, preparing government reports, filing tax returns, etc. as needed, or requested.
  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting and Finance preferred
