A bit about what you will do...

The Director of Spa & Wellness will strategically direct the gym and spa's overall operations, incorporating elements of daily management to enhance business development, maximise revenue, and ensure top-tier guest satisfaction across all services.

Strategic Oversight & Business Development:

• Define and execute high-level strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Analyse market trends to guide growth and competitive positioning.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, focusing on long-term financial targets.

Operational Excellence:

• Direct daily spa operations including guest services, gym, reception, and membership management.
• Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts to elevate guest experiences.
• Oversee the maintenance of facilities and manage capital projects to enhance service delivery.

• Provide leadership that combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational management.
• Mentor and develop senior staff and managers, fostering a culture of professional growth.
• Build a cohesive team environment, promoting inclusivity and high performance
