Director of Spa & Wellness

Luxury Spa Hotel

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Spa & Wellness to lead, inspire and commercially drive our luxury Spa & Wellness operation. This is a senior leadership role for a dynamic, customer-focused professional with a proven track record in luxury spa management, revenue growth and membership engagement.

The Role

  • Full commercial responsibility for the Spa & Wellness business, driving sales, revenue, profitability and membership performance
  • Lead the Spa as a stand-alone business within the hotel, with clear ownership of P&L, budgets and financial performance
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximise treatment, retail, membership and package revenue
  • Actively contribute to the hotel leadership team, supporting wider commercial and guest experience objectives
  • Position the Spa as a first-class product and a market-leading destination within the luxury spa sector

Guest Experience & Brand

  • Deliver an outstanding, personalised guest and member journey that exceeds expectations
  • Use customer feedback and insight to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Ensure exceptional treatment quality, service standards and presentation at all times
  • Build long-term guest loyalty and strong local and regional spa awareness

Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team with a strong sales and service culture
  • Create a culture of training, development and succession planning
  • Inspire teams to consistently deliver luxury service, commercial results and brand standards

Sales, Marketing & Partnerships

  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing to drive awareness, demand and revenue
  • Build and manage relationships with third-party partners, brands and suppliers
  • Drive innovative promotions, memberships and collaborations to grow market share

  • Proven experience in a luxury spa or wellness leadership role

  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable success in driving revenue, sales and memberships
  • A confident, visible leader with a customer-first mindset
  • Passionate about luxury service, team development and brand excellence
  • Professional, articulate and commercially astute, with the ability to influence at senior level.
