A bit about what you will do...

The Front Office Co-Ordinator is responsible for managing Front Office administration duties. This is to facilitate efficient operations and support the team in focusing on hotel guests.   

  • Administration and support for departmental training. 
  • Control stationery and office materials for all FO departments in line with the budget
  • Monitor stocking levels and place stationary orders
  • Prepare reporting/paperwork for meetings, e.g. operations meeting
  • To prepare any other admin reports.
  • Update back-office boards
  • Prepare the leaver forms.
  • Create any user IDS (Opera, Merlin, Fourth, etc.)
  • Assist with departmental induction
  • Assist the Reception team in preparing the group envelope and key.
  • General admin tasks as requested
  • Assist with reception operations when requested
