A bit about what you will do...  

The Assistant Restaurant Manager in our luxury hotel will assist the Restaurant Manager to oversee restaurant operations for the outlet, ensuring the team delivers warm, welcoming and exceptional service that consistently exceeds guests’ expectations. 

• Lead by example and foster team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting guests’ needs and brand standards.
• Monitor the performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiating corrective action as needed. 
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. 
• Assist with the preparation of the annual operating budget. Manage budgets, reduce costs and maximise profitability. 
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures regarding pouring measures and age verification. 
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain guests. 
• Work closely with the Head Chef and The Food and Beverage Manager to identify pertinent concepts and menu design for the outlet in line with brand standards. 
• Conduct daily briefings with the team and attend daily Food and Beverage meetings with the leadership team to ensure a seamless guest experience. 
• Manage staffing levels according to business demands. 
• Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently. 
• Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually seeking improvement.
