A bit about what you will do...   

 Our Team Leader will provide direction, instructions and guidance to the Meeting & Events Team whilst ensuring they maintain a high standard of discipline, staff morale and report any grievances or complaints to the M&E Services Manager and in their absence the Assistant M&E Operations Manager.

  • Supports the team and manager on duty
  •  To anticipate guest dissatisfaction and take appropriate action to avoid guest complaints.  
  • Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
  • Provides encouragement to team members
  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Communicates deadlines to team members 
  • Generates and shares team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
