The hotel division at the Arora group was established in 1999 and continues to remain at the core of service delivery and revenue creation.  Our hotels are located in London, provincial cities and major airports throughout the UK&I. As a People & Culture Executive, you will be a key member of our Cluster People & Culture team, providing HR support across a portfolio of Heathrow-based hotels, including the Radisson Blu, Hilton Garden Inn, Renaissance, Crowne Plaza, and Holiday Inn Express. You will play an important role in delivering an exceptional employee experience, supporting talent initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring people practices align with our business objectives.

A bit about what you will do...    
  
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of company policies and support employees with any employee relations issues, escalating as appropriate to the People and Culture Manager. 
  • Assist and coordinate the delivery of induction and in-house training courses. 
  • Conduct exit interviews. 
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and new starter documentation.
  • Conduct right-to-work and pre-employment checks.
  • Probation review processes.
  • Produce HR reports, metrics, and management information.
  • Process employee life cycle changes including promotions, transfers, salary amendments, and leavers.
  • Track mandatory training completion.
  • Maintain employee training records.
  • Support performance review and appraisal processes.

About You…

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills. 
  • Previous HR experience ideally within the hospitality industry across HR Generalist duties. 
  • Very strong communication skills and an excellent standard of written and spoken English. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. 
  • A smart and professional appearance. 
  • Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner. 
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in all Microsoft packages.
  • Relevant HR Qualification such as CIPD Level 3 or 5.
