A bit about what you will do...
Switchboard operators in our team create the start of an exceptional experience when guests get in touch.
Operating switchboard, answering and forwarding incoming telephone calls.
Transferring calls to the appropriate person or department.
Taking down and passing on messages where necessary.

- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
- Calm, efficient and organised. Excellent communication skills and high standard of English.
- Listens and responds proactively to our guests' needs.
- Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is a significant advantage.
