The Role

Sofitel London Heathrow is seeking a commercially astute General Manager to lead all aspects of the hotel operation. Reporting to the Managing Director for Arora Hotels, this high-profile leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional financial performance, driving sales and leading a high-performing team with a passion for luxury hospitality and service excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader within luxury hotels
• Track record of delivering business growth and achievement through a strong commercial approach.
• Natural leader who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, legal and brand compliance standards
• Experience within international hotel brands, ideally within the Accor portfolio and UK market
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
