 Guest Relations executives in our team are passionate about creating an exceptional experiences for our guests. 

  • Welcoming VIPs, such as heads of state, royalty, and celebrities in a warm, friendly, and professional way. 

  • Main point of contact for our guests throughout their stay, providing outstanding customer service. 

  • Promptly and courteously addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns of our guests. 

  • Ensuring guest’s stay in the hotel exceeds their expectations.

  • Dedicated to creating memorable experiences. 

  • Excellent communication skills and a high standard of written and spoken English.
