The Valet in our team ensure a warm and welcoming service to our guests. Making lasting impressions, their approachable presence at the entrance, taking care of luggage and valet parking cars ensures a relaxing start for all our guests.
Ensuring all luggage needs are dealt with promptly and professionally.
Valet parking guest cars in a safe manner.
Providing exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy, promptly addressing guests' inquiries or concerns.

A smart and professional appearance.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
5-star hotel experience in a similar role would be a real advantage.
Full UK driving license.
