A bit about what you will do...  

The Marketing Manager supports the Head of Marketing in developing and implementing the hotel’s marketing strategy to align with the overall business objectives and achieve targeted results across all revenue streams with a focus on creativity, innovation, and excellence.

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop seasonal campaigns to drive hotel occupancy and F&B promotions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Develop high-quality written and visual content, including photography and videography, to reflect the hotel’s luxurious ethos.
  • Create and update digital and print materials, such as promotional flyers, posters, social media graphics, and website assets, adhering to the hotel's brand standards.
  • Lead website updates, including seasonal landing pages and SEO improvements.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, optimising performance and growing the database.
  • Formulating high-quality written and visual content for online and offline channels, including producing photography and videography to a high standard. Great care will be taken to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
  • The role requires strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create high-quality visual assets for both digital and print channels, ensuring all collateral aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, polished appearance.

  • The Marketing Manager will oversee eight social media accounts, ensuring all content reflects the correct tone of voice and communicates promotional activity according to a strict schedule. The role requires confidence in reporting on ROI in line with marketing KPIs.

More about you... 

  • Proven experience in luxury lifestyle marketing, with expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in social media management, photography, videography, and graphic design.
  • Strong working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, social media scheduling platforms such as Sprout & Later, and email marketing tools (e.g. Hubspot and Campaign Monitor)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned copy.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience interpreting performance metrics to inform strategies.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for luxury branding and storytelling.
  • Passionate about hospitality, luxury travel, and dining experiences.
