A bit about what you will do...  

As a valued member of our Food & Beverage team, our Night In-room Dining F&B Assistant will create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive, personalised and professional service and deliver exceptional In-Room Dining service to hotel guests by providing prompt, professional, and personalised food and beverage service in guest rooms, while ensuring full compliance with hotel standards, procedures, hygiene, and safety requirements.

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
  • Deliver courteous, efficient and discreet in-room dining service to brand standards.
  • Ensure all guest interactions exceed expectations.
  • Deliver accurate food and beverage orders within set service times.
  • Anticipate guest needs and handle requests or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain guest privacy, confidentiality and correct room etiquette at all times.
  • Follow all in-room dining procedures, including order taking, delivery, set-up and clearance.
  • Verify room numbers and guest details to ensure order accuracy before delivery.
  • Maintain strong menu knowledge (ingredients, allergens, beverages and upselling opportunities).
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene, health & safety, teamwork and stock control across all service areas.
