Holiday – 28 days holiday, enhanced after 5 years of service.  

Applicants will be able to drive and have their own vehicle due to the location.

A bit about what you will do...  

Laundry Assistants in our team assist with all aspects of the laundry operation whilst helping to ensure that all our guests experience first-class service and timely processing of their laundry requirements. 

  • Be aware of and act upon deadlines internal and external.

  • To be smart at all times whilst on duty and to wear the correct uniform.  

  • To be polite at all times reporting any complaints to Executive Head Housekeeper, Head Housekeeper

  • To communicate with all areas with respect to their linen requirements and ensure that they are met.

  • Keep storage areas clean and tidy and ensure that you have sufficient stock.

  • Providing high quality service comes naturally to you. 

  • You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues whilst also being able to work independently.  

  • Strong attention to detail. 

  • Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner. 

  • Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
