A bit about what you will do...

The role of Cluster Sales Manager in Heathrow is to Maximise all relevant sales opportunities across all relevant and assigned segments within the Heathrow cluster of hotels .
  • Work towards and meets agreed sales objectives and targets. Will be working towards all relevant and assigned hotel revenue stream targets albeit with various pre agreed contribution targets
  • Develop account animation plans for account within the portfolio assigned to you to ensure maximum share from each account
  • Create and manage effective relationships with any brand partner sale / key account teams, Arora central teams and other Arora hotel or hotel cluster sales teams.
  • Become conversant with appropriate brand standards and brand tools relating to sales activity
  • Assist in providing any data and information needed for the weekly strategy meetings and the monthly commercial reviews

More about you...

  • A successful track record of sales management in a hotel environment. Ideally at least 2 years in a sales manager pro-active role.
  • Experience of working with major global hotel brands is ideal.
  • Team player with strong & positive interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
  • Willing to adapt and change styles as and when necessary
  • Strong commercial approach identifying sales and revenue maximisation opportunities for the hotel or cluster for all revenue streams.
  • Computer literate
  • Detail oriented and hands on approach
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
  • Able to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Have the desire and ability to improve your knowledge and abilities through on-going training and development
