Fairmont Windsor Park is a beautiful, heartfelt retreat surrounded by 40 acres of English countryside that blends iconic heritage with modern elegance.  Our five-star hotel includes 251 luxurious bedrooms and suites accompanied by 7 restaurants and bars offering an unrivalled dining experience.  The spa and wellness facilities are inspired by nature and the hotel has state of the art conference facilities. 

A bit about what you will do... 

  • Provide administrative support to Meeting & Events Team – Sales, planning and group bookings.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal departments (Operations, Culinary, AV, Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance) to relay event details and updates
  • Support Social Sales team with complying contracts and function sheets for catered events
  • Accurately input and manage event details within the hotel’s event management and CRM systems
  • As necessary provide operational floor support on the day of the event.
  • Work towards and meets agreed revenue upsell objectives and targets.
  • Draft floor plans as required using diagramming tools
  • Support invoicing processes, including deposits, billing accuracy, and post-event documentation
  • Attended and take notes for weekly banqueting event order meeting
  • Support with walk-in show rounds when required as well as support with note taking on larger site visits
