A bit about what you will do...   

Kitchen Porter Team Leaders lead by example and inspire the team to maintain the kitchen area clean and tidy while supporting the chefs with essential tasks. 

  • Make sure the cleanliness and safety of working areas is maintained. 
  • Be a hands-on and visible leader to the team, motivating them with your passion and desire to do things better. 
  • Ensure sufficient levels of staff are scheduled to work in line with business needs, considering staff requests. 
  • Coach, train and mentor kitchen porters.

More about you...   

  • Strong supervisorial and motivational skills. 
  • Very good communication and organisational skills. 
  • Good knowledge and implementation of Health and Safety regulations.
  • You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues. 
  • Feeling comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment. 
  • Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner. 
  • Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
