A bit about what you will do...
Assist the Locker Room Manager and Assistant locker room manager, with all aspects of the Locker Room Operation.
- Provide an outstanding 5-star service to members and their guests through the Locker Room which matches with the clubs’ vision & mission statement.
- Prepare and serve any coffee, tea, food orders and provide a personalised experience.
- Ensure members and their guests have been assigned a locker for the day’s play.
- Ensure all members shoes are polished to a high standard after use and are stored correctly.
- Maintain adequate and proper supply of toiletries for both men’s and ladies Locker Room
- Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment needed to keep the Locker Room area clean.
- Build a strong sense of community with the members.
- Perform and follow up on any other duties as assigned by the Locker Room Manager.
- Build a strong knowledge of the club's services, amenities, and upcoming events.
- Make sure all areas of the Locker room are clean, tidy and meet the locker room managers expectations.
- Demonstrate a firm understanding of club rules and policies and where needed implement to members and guests
- Enforce staff rules set out by the locker room manager. Report any misuse of locker room or club house facilities by members, guests or staff.
- Passionate about delivering a memorable guest experience
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to your work
- Experience working in a similar position
- Most of all, you will have an approachable and positive manner.
