Home to the Ladies European Tour and nestled on the green banks of the River Colne, our championship hosting golf course and exquisitely renovated 17th century house with bedrooms is a naturally beautiful destination for business and pleasure, where members delight in being expected.

A bit about what you will do...  

  • Assist the Locker Room Manager and Assistant locker room manager, with all aspects of the Locker Room Operation.

  • Provide an outstanding 5-star service to members and their guests through the Locker Room which matches with the clubs’ vision & mission statement.  
  • Prepare and serve any coffee, tea, food orders and provide a personalised experience.
  • Ensure members and their guests have been assigned a locker for the day’s play.
  • Ensure all members shoes are polished to a high standard after use and are stored correctly.
  • Maintain adequate and proper supply of toiletries for both men’s and ladies Locker Room 
  • Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment needed to keep the Locker Room area clean.
  • Build a strong sense of community with the members.
  • Perform and follow up on any other duties as assigned by the Locker Room Manager.
  • Build a strong knowledge of the club's services, amenities, and upcoming events.
  • Make sure all areas of the Locker room are clean, tidy and meet the locker room managers expectations.
  • Demonstrate a firm understanding of club rules and policies and where needed implement to members and guests     
  • Enforce staff rules set out by the locker room manager. Report any misuse of locker room or club house facilities by members, guests or staff.
