A bit about what you will do...
Stores Assistants in our team ensure all products meet our excellent standards by properly inspecting deliveries to evaluate the quality and quantity prior to accepting, storing and delivering them.
Handling daily deliveries for all the departments.
Arrange time slots for delivery between suppliers and Head of Departments.
Carry out visual checks of commodities for quality/freshness and packaging.
Check goods delivered against relevant purchase order with any shortages or damages recorded and communicated.
Store produce correctly.
Manage stock rotation effectively so products are used and consumed in date sequence to minimise wastage.
Ensure goods are delivered to departments throughout the hotel.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, computer and interpersonal skills.
Proactive approach to problem solving.
Enjoy working independently but also value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
Most of all, you are approachable and have a positive manner.
Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is a significant advantage.
