A bit about what you will do...
Concierges in our team are passionate about creating the most unique and memorable experiences for our guests. They have a natural ability to make our guests feel welcome, special and cared for throughout their stay.
- Greet our guests with a warm welcome.
- Knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and services.
- Sharing your knowledge of the area and suggesting the right places for guests to visit while staying.
- Assist guests with arrands and arranging special requests.
- Main point of contact for our guests throughout their stay, providing outstanding customer service.
- Basic understanding of H&S responsibilities – awareness of emergency procedures, fire safety, incident reporting, contractor management
- Promptly and courteously addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns of our guests.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Basic understanding of H&S responsibilities – awareness of emergency procedures, fire safety, incident reporting, contractor management

- Extensive knowledge of the local area.
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard of written and spoken English.
- Basic H&S understanding
- An approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
- 5-star hotel experience in a similar role a real advantage.
