A bit about what you will do...
Luggage porters in our team provide a warm welcome to our guests, assisting with their luggage and fulfilling their requests promptly and efficiently. They are instrumental in creating a memorable stay for each of our guests.
Greet our guests with a warm welcome and an infectious smile
Assist our guests in and out of vehicles by opening doors graciously and courteously.
Ensuring all luggage needs are dealt with promptly and professionally.
Knowledgeable about the hotel facilities, activities, promotions, and happenings in the local area to provide accurate information.
Deliver or collect any guest’s packages, messages, and letters from their rooms.
Manage the luggage storage room, ensuring luggage is labelled and stored neatly.
