About ARRIBA

ARRIBA is a private House set above Arros QD, created for those who move naturally between culture and business.

At its heart, ARRIBA is designed for the thinkers; where ideas are exchanged, relationships are formed, and memorable moments unfold within a community that feels both curated and effortless. Inspired by the spirit of Spain and Latin America, ARRIBA is built around the traditions of sharing, hospitality and bringing exceptional people together.

Home to one of London's finest collections of Spanish wine, the House offers members privileged access to rare and fine wines and a carefully curated programme of dining, cultural and social experiences.

Through art, music, wine and gastronomy, ARRIBA celebrates Spanish and Hispanic culture while fostering a community of ambitious, culturally engaged individuals. A place where business and creativity intersect, and where every introduction, conversation and gathering has the potential to lead somewhere remarkable.

The Role

Working closely with the CEO and the Arros QD team, the Head of Membership will be the driving force behind our community. You will be responsible for strategic membership growth, fostering deep member engagement, managing brand ambassador relationships, and championing the overall evolution of the ARRIBA community.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute robust acquisition strategies to hit membership milestone targets while maintaining Arriba´s curated exclusivity.

Member Engagement: Act as the face of the club, building meaningful relationships with members, understanding their needs, and ensuring high retention rates.

Ambassador & Committee Management: Build and nurture a network of influential brand ambassadors and committee members to drive organic, high-quality referrals.

Programming Collaboration: Work alongside the events and hospitality teams to ensure cultural, wine, and dining experiences align with member expectations.

Data & Reporting: Track membership metrics, onboarding pipelines, and retention data, reporting directly to the CEO.

About You

Experience: Proven track record in membership management, high-end hospitality, luxury brand relations, or private members' clubs (London experience preferred).

Networker by Nature: You possess exceptional interpersonal skills, moving effortlessly between the worlds of business, culture, and luxury hospitality.

Commercially Sharp: You understand the balance between curated community-building and hitting revenue/growth targets.

Cultural Alignment: A passion for gastronomy, wine, and Spanish/Hispanic culture is highly desirable.

Qualifications: Fluent English is essential. Conversational or professional Spanish is highly advantageous but not mandatory

Future Development & Benefits

ARRIBA is being built as a significant, long-term hospitality and membership platform. Upon successful achievement of initial growth objectives—including the successful scaling of the community and future expansion plans—this role will be formally reviewed by the CEO, offering a clear pathway to progress into a broader, more senior position within the wider business.
