In this role you’ll act as the first point of contact for all IT support queries across the business, providing timely and effective solutions to users. You’ll diagnose and resolve issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and network environments, while also supporting meeting room technology, end-user devices, and overall office infrastructure. In addition, you’ll assist with day-to-day IT operations, including asset management and system monitoring, and play an active role in IT projects such as upgrades, audits, and system rollouts.
