South Coast's Premier Beach Club! A fun family-oriented restaurant environment is looking for a talented restaurant manager to join our team.

Our exclusive beach bar offers a spectacularly spacious dining area, which overlooks beautiful Bournemouth beach. Due to the capacity of our venue, we cater for parties and events, through to special VIP buffets – the list is endless.

Are you an individual who thrives in a challenging and unpredictable environment?!

This position is ideal for an individual who likes a challenge and isn't afraid to get stuck in to get results. You must be organised and on the ball; you must be able to think on your feet and be able to juggle a number of tasks as and when required. You are passionate and driven by quality, standards and organisation, as well as offering an exceptional customer service experience.

You're an excellent team player with great leadership and communication capabilities, and you're seeking a career not just a job! We take personal development and training very seriously, if you do too, then we would love to hear from you!

You will be responsible for managing a large diverse and experienced team, whilst overseeing the venue. You must be approachable, committed, reliable and organised. You will be working closely with other managers of all levels so your communication style is important to ensure maximum results are achieved.

To be successful in this position, you must possess the following knowledge and experience –

  • A minimum of one years’ experience in a managerial position
  • Extensive experience working in a high volume restaurant
  • Being a Team Player
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Experience managing performance and a large diverse team
  • Training abilities - both a passion for learning and the ability to train others
